Ron Tanner is the author of A Bed of Nails (stories), Kiss Me Stranger (illustrated novel), and From Animal House to Our House (memoir). His stories and essays have appeared in dozens of literary magazines, such as the Iowa Review and West Branch. He teaches writing at Loyola University-Maryland and directs the Marshall Islands Story Project. He and his wife live in a defunct former fraternity house surrounded by artifacts of earlier days.
