Heather Atkinson is a prolific photographer and self-portraitist, creator of vignettes, and narrative pieces inspired by all things obsessive, haunting, and bizarre. She has a keen eye for creating imaginative story lines and objects. Heather uses bits and pieces of that information to create her own world, in which sometimes she is the main character, or she develops objects and instills in them the spirit of her ideas. She utilizes multi-media including photography (digital and analog), found objects, drawing materials, props, craft and art supplies to populate the worlds she imagines and creates. For more information please visit heatheratkinson.com. Her most recent defunct obsession is the conversion of a rare Polaroid Pathfinder Land Camera with a Rodenstock- Yasarex lens (very high end in its heyday ) to accept pack films which are still in production.
